Anyone with concerns about an infant or toddler\u2019s development can call us.<\/p>\n<h5>Services:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate a child\u2019s development<\/li>\n<li>Develop a plan for services<\/li>\n<li>Provide special instruction, activities and materials to enhance learning<\/li>\n<li>Offer information and support in locating other services and resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Eligibility:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Any child with a diagnosed developmental disability such as Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Any child whose assessment indicates a delay in one or more developmental areas<\/li>\n<li>Any child who is born prematurely or is in any way \u201cat risk\u201d of a delay in development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Sources of Funding:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>State of Alaska grants<\/li>\n<li>Medicaid and private insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Cost:<\/h5>\n<p>Most services are provided at no cost, including developmental screening, evaluation, special instruction, and family service coordination<\/p>\n<p>There may be a charge for some services such as direct therapy<\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mssca.org\/?page_id=1659\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1659\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ILP Surveys<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Infant Learning Program provides home-based early intervention services to families who have children between ages of birth and three who are experiencing delays in development.
