Wasilla Pool Hours are as follows:

• Monday thru Friday Lap Swim 6:00-7:00am, 12:30-2:00pm, & 5:30-6:30pm
• Saturday & Sunday Lap Swim 6:00-7:00pm
• Open Swim times are Monday thru Friday 6:30-8:30pm & Saturday 3:30-6:00pm

Palmer Pool Hours are as follows:

• Saturday Lap Swim from 5:00-6:30pm

The Mat-Su Animal Shelter is always looking for volunteers to help with cleaning cages, doing laundry, sorting papers, and of course playing with the animals. Please call 746-5500 for more information. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age or older.

The Scrap Basket is a scrap booking supply store. They are open Tuesday thru Saturday from 10:00-6:00pm. They offer use of a large classroom with the use of a die cut machine. They hold weekly classes, and in order to secure a seat in class you need to prearrange it by calling 745-2323 or access their website for more information at www.scrapbasket.com
