Residential

Residential services are designed to support
individuals with making their own choices about where
they want to live, with whom they want to live and the
kind of lifestyle they wish to lead.
The level and type of support provided is determined by the
preferences and needs of the individual through the process of
Person Centered Planning. MSSCA strives to offer services that
are person centered, provide choice, promote independence and
ensure the health and safety of individuals.

Eligibility:
Eligibility for services is determined by the Division of Senior
and Disabilities Services (DSDS) according to AS
47.80.900(7) (A-E)

(DSDS) Grant

Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver (HCBW).

Private Pay
Cost:
Costs of services paid for through DSDS Grant or Medicaid
HCBW. Individuals must first be selected or “drawn” for DSDS
Grant funding or Medicaid HCBW by the State of Alaska,
DSDS.
