Direct Service Provider I (DSP-I)
Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Supported
Living Specialist, the DSP-I will support families with
meeting the ongoing challenges of caring for individuals
with developmental disabilities by providing short-term,
temporary relief.
Direct Service Provider-II (DSP-II)
Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Supported
Living Specialist, the DSP-II will provide the support
necessary for people who experience developmental
disabilities to live and participate in their communities and
form personal and social relationships with a variety of
other people.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS I
Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Supported
Employment Department Manager and/or the Supported
Employment Specialist II, the Supported Employment
Specialist I (SESI) will provide support and training
necessary for people with developmental disabilities to
maintain successful employment at various locations.
Infant Learning Teacher
Position Summary: Infant Learning Teacher provides
assessment, intervention services and strategies to assist
in fostering the growth and development of children birth
through age two. This work is performed in a home-based
service program designed to directly involve parents in
providing an optimal family-oriented social, nutritional,
developmental and behavioral program for their child.
Speech/Language Pathologist
Position Summary: Speech/Language Pathologist provides
assessment and intervention services and strategies to
assist in fostering the growth and development of children
birth through age two. This work is performed in a
home-based service program designed to directly involve
parents in providing an optimal family-oriented social,
nutritional, developmental and behavioral program for their
child.
Occupational or Physical Therapist
Position Summary: Occupational or Physical Therapist
provides assessment and intervention services and
strategies to assist in fostering the growth and
development of children birth through age two. This work
is performed in a home-based service program designed to
directly involve parents in providing an optimal
family-oriented social, nutritional, developmental and
behavioral program for their child.
Quality Assurance Program Assistant
Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Quality
Assurance Department Manager, the Quality Assurance
Program Assistant will provide program support services
for the Quality Assurance Department Manager and Care
Coordinators to include a variety of quality assurance and
general office duties. Essential Responsibilities include
monitoring agency progress toward timely submittal of
Home and Community Based Waivers; providing Care
Coordinators with clerical support; archiving/scanning
consumer files; filing and performing other office duties as
requested.
